For what I understand when someone is victim of domestic violence they may have to go to the hospital and medical personnel make a physical exam right then an document all the bruises and signs of the attack. Someone correct me if Im wrong but if the person didnt go right in the moment of the alleged attack cant go after because they cant tell who or under what circunstance the signs of attack were made

I love you Charles forever!!
