Immigration for Permanent reticent's wife

Its a big conundrum now . I was informed by a Attorney that once we file the immigration visa in UK she would not be able to visit me in USA!

One good news is the process might take up to 12 months max.

Could you advice me whether my wife can travel USA with VWP after applying for Immigration visa in London.

She can still travel to the US under VWP, however it's completely up to the CBP officer whether she's allowed into the country, and for how long.

A Lawyer can't affect the time of the process and the time they quoted is for a USC get a new lawyer. Also as your wife gets more pregnant she may be turned back as trying to have a baby in the US. Once the baby is born and both travel there is also a chance they will be turned back as intending to immigrate.
