We received the EAD/AP card today. Our official notice stated they received the application May 13, 2014. Also, we received the letter stating that we were a possible Interview Waiver case. The official notice stated the I-485 was received May 16, 2014, and our green card should be issued within 6 months of the receipt of the letter.

i wouldnt want to be in ur place...i would better go through interview,than wait 6 months....

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

the horrible thing is that i processing times of field offices have nothing to do with our interview dates.

We're okay with it. My husband has to go back to Egypt in a few weeks, so we are glad an interview won't interfere with his travel. While we are excited to receive the next piece of mail from the USCIS (aka green card), we feel the waiver was the perfect answer for our needs. Sure, we'll wait a little longer, but we aren't worried about that right now. Maybe the worry will come later, but for now we are celebrating the arrival of the AP/EAD.

Wow.my i -485 was on acceptance for a while and then suddenly moved to Testing&Interview,so i think they just dont update their website much

I a starting o get nervous though, lots of people fromMay have already moved to Testing and Interview. I think Interview Waivers might be following. I don't want my Interview Waived.... I don't want to wait another 6 months! =/
