We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Congrats to everyone who got their EAD/AP card.

My timeline is quite similar to you guys (NOA1 - 6/2, Bio - 6/24), but then I have a RFE for I485 and fingerprint retake on 7/21. So probably my case is delayed a bit.

5/27/2014 - AOS/EAD/AP package filed

6/2/2014 - NOA1

6/24/2014 - Biometrics

7/21/2014 - Fingerprints retake

7/23/2014 - I485 RFE

7/30/2014 - I485 - Testing and Interview

I can stop having sour grapes now :D Got my EAD notice. Quelle Suprise no text or email. Just got it when I logged on to check.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

Sent out our RFE replies (2 - both for certified copies of our marriage certificate to prove name change) on Saturday, and received text/email notification of receipt from USCIS today.

Hopefully, the rest will go smoothly and quickly!

I got two emails about it xD it was weird

One was in black text the other in green?

Received this update on the Ead only. The only thing is we didnt change the address?

Excellent news. Am happy for you. It's a relief that USCIS has suddenly decided to attend to us. I just hope it continues this was for everyone else.
