Congrats!

Wheres is my EAD/AP??? its so stressful

it has been 82 days now

i called uscis again on friday, they said someone started looking at my case july 17th, but im not sure if that means anything because july 16th i changed my address for my EAD/AP, and it could juts be all about that.

will call tmrw morning again.

5/1/2014 USCIS received our papers
5/6/2014 NOA Date for all my applications

5/29/2014 Biometrics done in Detroit
moved to Minneapolis, MN June 10th
6/10/2014 RFE regarding my birth certificate(It was their own mistake, my birth certificate was exactly what they need)
6/11/2014 RFE response mailed to USCIS by our lawyer
6/11/2014 I-485 status moved to Initial review after telling USCIS our new address
7/2/2014 I-485 status moved to Testing and Interview

7/21/2014 EAD to card/document production yayy :)

7/22/2014 AP status chagend to post desicion activity

7/25/2014 EAD combo card mailed

7/29/2014 EAD combo card arrived at my old address(address was changed TWO times before that, even by my lawer and USCIS still had my old address)

-my parents-in-law are sending it to me overnight

Travelled to Finland with my husband for 3 weeks in August. Came back with my Advance Parole, POE in Chicago, no problems with AP.

10/7/2014 Interview date

10/8/2014 I485 status moved to card/document production! HAPPY :)

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

I think they're just lying to you, they told me the same thing on June 21 that someone was looking at my file on the 18th of that month

Yeah Idk whats up with my EAD, this is juts ridiculous. I should already be getting it! This is getting way too stressful :( :( :(

I am aslo getting sick with the customer service, I called today morning, the person who answered would not transfer me to the next level. And also couldnt get her computer working, she told me to call back in 30 minutes, I called back right away and someone else answered and transferred me right away.

But then in 1.5 hours when someone called me back, the person didnt even know english! he would not understand my question! so frustrating!!!!!!!!

now i called again and requested a transfer, but now i have to wait 2.5 hours go get a call back. Hopefully this time the worker knows english.

x_X I honestly don't even bother calling ... I learned they have no clue what's going on with your case they just tell you whatever they want.

I am getting extremely frustrated, weeks go by and.... nothing. And I start getting anxious and >_<!!! Well... I guess we can't really do anything but wait? I am attttt day 62! :D So we will see what happens this week...

why wouldn't you use the call-back option ?

since we came back, i've used it a lot and they call you back i forget them until the phone ring, in the meanwhile we're still waiting i'm 77 days and counting

that is exactly what I used. but it's still usually at least an hour that they call you back :)

We mailed all of our AOS material on May 2nd and went for the bio app. on June 5 but still no sign of an EAD/AP card... Not sure what's going on... Hope to hear something this week. 80 days and counting...

Seems like they don't wanna give us EAD cards or something haha

Lately it seems they've been ~trying~ to just hurry the GCs, but I guess their idea of hurrying is them taking 5 months instead of 1 year xD

Mine says EAD in production but AP still initial review. I hope it is a combo card ,but not sure

My online status has just changed too EAD-Card Production AP- from initial review to acceptance (which is confusing me BECAUSE what they indicated on the updates :huh2: )

Acceptance

On July 21, 2014, an amended notice on this case was mailed describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on the notice. This case is being processed at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location. If this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT is still pending, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Anybody with an idea of the above AP update?

my AP is still on initial review too. I called about it and they said it should be a combo card, they just dont always update both of them at the same time :)

Looks like the May EAD's are starting to happen more frequently the closer we get to August.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24
