Yay! Congratulations! Hopefully the card arrives soon! :)

Happy to report AP/EAD was approved! It was odd because I checked status on a Sunday thinking "Why am I checking on a Sunday?" And then the status said:

For AP: On July 12, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For EAD:

Card/ Document Production

On July 12, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Didn't know anything could happen on a weekend!

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

I'm going to call USCIS tmrw because it has been 75 days since my EAD NOA date. Did you guys notice that now you can submit an inquiry after 75 days?

5/6/2014 NOA Date for all my applications

5/29/2014 Biometrics done in Detroit
moved to Minneapolis, MN June 10th
6/10/2014 RFE regarding my birth certificate(It was their own mistake, my birth certificate was exactly what they need)
6/11/2014 RFE response mailed to USCIS by our lawyer
6/11/2014 I-485 status moved to Initial review after telling USCIS our new address
7/2/2014 I-485 status moved to Testing and Interview

7/21/2014 EAD to card/document production yayy :)

7/22/2014 AP status chagend to post desicion activity

7/25/2014 EAD combo card mailed

7/29/2014 EAD combo card arrived at my old address(address was changed TWO times before that, even by my lawer and USCIS still had my old address)

-my parents-in-law are sending it to me overnight

Travelled to Finland with my husband for 3 weeks in August. Came back with my Advance Parole, POE in Chicago, no problems with AP.

10/8/2014 I485 status moved to card/document production! HAPPY :)

I am still in the process of obtaining the tax transcript from IRS.

You don't have to get them from irs. When we filed , my partners tax transcript was not yet on IRS website. So we sent in his own copy (turbo tax ) together with whatever forms he filed tax with and that is acceptable.

It says explicitly on the instruction that your own copy is good enough.

Yes, the problem is I mailed a printed copy from Turbotax and I still got RFE, I just feel USCIS just want to frustrate me..so I needed to contact IRS for official confirmation page

Thank you! It's odd how many people have different trajectories. You are in testing and interview but no AP/EAD yet. We have AP/EAD but I485 status still says Acceptance and we have no idea if/when there will be an interview. Yes, call USCIS.

Well,i dont afraid of questions bc my marriage is based on love and there is no questions that i cannot answer.But sometimes they r just beeing mean and suspect everybody,even when marriage is real.

On a side note, I kinda noticed that most people who filed thru the Chicago lock box their stuff has been expedited quicker.. meaning most of you guys are already on testing/interview. I hope Vermont can hurry up as well..lol

Interesting thing though is if all the family based AOS were processed in NBC and then our local CIS offices as it ought to be, going by the times posted on uscis.gov, then we'd all wait longer than you guys. Vermont and Nebraska (which was where my application was forwarded initially) process I485 in 4 months but my local office does so in 7months.

The luck of the draw I guess.
