Hi all. I haven't posted on VJ for a long time. My wife and I are May filers for AOS. We did receive our NOA (I-797) receipt shortly after sending in our materials. The receipt date was 5.21.2014.

Well, I was expecting our biometrics appointment letter shortly thereafter, and it simply hasn't come yet. Anyone else having experience with this? I'm a bit worried since it seems like most of the other May filers have received and already completed biometrics by now!

Yes, there is always a chance that the biometrics appointment notice got lost in the mail, etc.

Anyway, anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance.

Give them a call

Call them and make sure both applicant/petitioner available because they will ask you question if you get transfer to one of the case officer called tier 2 ....also petitioner must make the call not applicant .....

I think they only update it if they're changing it to testing and interview, or if they're sending an RFE ^^

I think so too. It will go from Acceptance to testing and interview xD

Did walk in today for my biometric and EAD card went into production .........it's just a miracle as if they are waiting for me to come for it because my actual date is July 16..

Grats! :D
