Hello. Did uscis acknowledge your application ?

Yes, we had the first NOA, received about 10 days after filing and then also received the Biometrics appointment letter just yesterday, about 15 days after filing. Biometrics scheduled June 3rd.

K1 Timeline

07/29/2013 I-129F Sent via FedEx to Lewisville, TX. 07/30/2013 I-129F TSC Received. 08/01/2013 NOA1. 08/07/2013 NOA1 Received by mail.

10/30/2013 NOA2

11/04/2013 NOA2 Received by mail. 11/21/2013 USCIS shipped the approved case to NVC 

12/02/2013 NVC Received, LND case number provided, "At NVC" 12/04/2013 Left NVC! "In Transit"

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Hi everyone! :)

I submitted my AOS packet last May 6th. The USCIS received it last May 8th. Received emails and text messages regarding my MSC receipt number last May 14th. Still waiting for the NOAs and biometrics appointment.

I am so glad I found this topic!!! We sent our package 14 May, I tracked it via USPS and it got there on 16 May. I can not wait to get an email/text from them! I am so stressed and worried over it, wondering if I am going to feel that way until I get GC grrr :clock:

I still have no news too. I called uscis yesterday and told me to give them more 2 weeks (1 month) from file was delivered. I sent mine on Apr 30th and delivered by usps on may 2nd. Im really worried. Cheque also not cashed yet. I just hope its not lost.

We are also in the same boat. We sent our package priority mail May 2. It was delivered May 5. We included the 1145 forms. We still have not received an e-mail or notice in the mail and the check has not been cashed. I called USCIS and they have no record of receiving our package. We were preparing to send a duplicate package and cancel the original check. Now after reading this thread, I will wait another week to see what happens. Maybe I should call again if that will help the ball get rolling. This is very frustrating..

Dont cancel your check its just a few business days that passed. Sometimes they recieved your package but its not in the system as yet, it takes longer for some people Hopefully you should get a text this week.

Sent our packet out on 5/1, USPS receipt of delivery on 5/2. Still no NOA1 or notification by 1145 email/text.... Hard to wait, after watching so many people get a quick response.

It is ok. I waited almost 3 weeks before I got message from uscis. When I check my no on their website, it says may 5th received. But they notified me that only last night (18th). Just be patient. It will all be ok.
