Yep, but I am in NYC. And processed at MSC. NYC is usually faster than other regions based on trackitt report.

Ah okay ^^ I just know that a bunch of us in here were at MSC but transferred to Nebraska (so it says on the case status thingy) I think it's safe to say that most of the processing places are back logged, unfortunately :(

Wow! I just assumed like eeosas, that we had all received biometrics appointments.

I think you should fill in your timeline so someone can advise based on how long you've been waiting. Like all of us here, you really deserve this.

exactly are u both for real? u just send ur papers wait patiently like the rest of people that sent aos before u.

Please give "Americanlife" a break. We are all stressed here, and I think she might have a genuine case.

AmericanLife, I don't want to stress you further, but perhaps you should contact USCIS. There was a user on the New York City progress thread who was waiting on his biometrics notice and called USCIS after 35 days. It turned out they had mailed his appointment and he'd already missed it. He had to reschedule and is back on track, but it probably doesn't hurt to call.

Yeah Americanlife definitely should have gotten their biometrics by now. I think they are supposed to send out the bio letter a few days after NOA1. Definitely give USCIS a call and tell them you haven't gotten an appointment for biometrics yet. There's a chance the letter might have reached the wrong place, or something like that!

Also, everyone reacts differently to stuff. Some of us may be able to wait patiently and calmly, but others may worry almost all day about it. After all, AOS is a big deal! It determines whether we get to stay living with our loved ones or not. Thankfully for K1 AOS'ers, our journey is a little smoother and so we don't have to worry so much, whereas people adjusting from VWP or who are out of status, they are going to be more worried and I think that we should do our best to support eachother. Sometimes things in the process go wrong, things get lost, statuses don't get updated. I think people were concerned that Americanlife hasn't got their biometrics letter yet as, judging by everyone else's timeline, they should have received it by now. We just was looking out for them and making sure their process goes smoothly ^^
