I think they are doing matinence on their tools today :) I think I saw it on their page that they would be doing so on Sunday

And yeah, when you log in your account, you should add your case numbers to the portfolio thing, and then it should have these little boxes that say the case number, whether you set up texts or email notifications, and last update

The info doesn't differ any different from when you enter your number normally, you just might see a new updated date which just means someone has looked at your case ^^

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.

Me too lol.they r making it more complicated than it is.u send them all papers and bc I guess there is a big mess they loose some of them and send u a RFE.I've read a whole process how they do it from A to Z and I think its the way too much.... Edited by VJnew
