Hey VJnew, I know my biometrics was the same day as yours, has your file been updated yet? Last touch seems to still be June 3rd for me which is when they sent out my bio appt letter :C

And I'm sorry to hear you got an RFE rose&jorge! I really hope it's something easily fixed!! ^^

-30th oct 2013: sent I-129f package

-1st nov 2013: package arrived at lockbox

-6th nov 2013: received noa1 email/text

-8th nov 2013: alien registration number changed

-15th nov 2013: noa1 hard copy arrived

-19th nov 2013: noa2!!!!

-17th dec 2013: nvc receive

-23rd dec 2013: consulate receive

-15th jan 2014: medical done

-3rd feb 2014: found out interview date via email

-7th feb 2014: received interview letter

-14th feb 2014: interview APPROVED!!!!!! <3

-22nd feb 2014: visa in hand

-26th feb 2014: POE New York JFK

-26th feb 2014: together <333

K1 journey over! Next stop AOS! married! :D

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

How do you guyz know if you have rfe or not? Besides do you get rfe before or after biometrics? I am stil confused on how some people get rfe weeks after biometrics.

How do you guyz know if you have rfe or not? Besides do you get rfe before or after biometrics? I am stil confused on how some people get rfe weeks after biometrics.

I've looked at a lot of people's timelines and it seems people either get them about a week before their biometrics appointment, or a week or so afterwards. It seems around a month or so after their appointment they're either moved to 'testing and interview' status (this is good because it means an interview letter should be coming soon, and you ~shouldn't~ have to worry about an RFE after then) or they get an interview letter waiver (this can be good or bad thing... Good because no interview, bad because it usually takes longer than if you did have an interview :c )

Oh and also the case status on the USCIS website -should- tell you if they have sent an RFE or not, but there are a few May filers who did not get updated on the website but got a surprise RFE in the mail. Depends how up to date they are with updating the website ^^;

No.Nothing was udated since June 3. i-130 is still at initial review since May 27 and I-485 on Acceptance since June 2

Info not different.Just when u sign up u receive email/txt notifications when ur case is moving

I believe they're experiencing some technical challenges.

Earlier this morning, I couldn't even access the "case status" page. Though it later became accessible, I kept receiving the feedback "case status retrieval failed".

It's currently available, so I suggest you try again. If you still are unable to login, then I guess you'll have to wait a while - maybe tomorrow.....
