Yeah I hope mine is that fast! I'm excited to be able to get a job and be able to start learning to drive ^^

I hear that Salt Lake Is one of the slow offices though but I'm not sure when our files actually get given to the local offices. I wouldn't mind waiting a while for a interview date but I wouldn't want to wait a long time wondering if I will still get an RFE or not xD

I just signed up for the case updates on the website, apparently my cases haven't been touched since June 3rd I'm guessing they don't really look at them until biometrics are done?

I think were on exactly the same timeline! I will let you know when I get updates because we will likely get them at the same time. We even have our biometrics on the same day hoping your appointment goes well!

you think office location has anything to do with the speed an application is processed?

I hope so, because my local office thinks busy is 20-30 people a week!

Well when I looked on the processing times for AOS, it varied a lot it seems. I think this is where I saw it: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aosstats.php the one record for SLC is one of the longest xD

Your AOS will be on acceptance up to 2-6 weeks after your Biometrics VJNew

I'm pretty sure they can't do much until they have our biometrics anyways. If our cases were updated before then, it'd either be an RFE or them transferring the case to CSC. It wouldn't move to testing and interview for a few weeks at least after biometrics appointment, at least that's what I think ^^

Had my Biometrics on Tuesday, still no update on the webpage xD! Last Update was on May 27th. Do they even update the cases on the webpage at all? x_X Because, to me it seems you won't get any changes until they are in production? I don't know, we will see I guess.

I think a lot of people get stuck on 'acceptance' for aos itself, up until it's either an RFE, transferred, or moves to testing and interview xD I feel they don't update it as much on the website as they do with the k1

That's exactly what I'm thinking! xD Soooo yeah...

We are travelling to Peru in September. The AP shouldn't be a problem, they are supposed to only take like 60-70 days after the NOA. Around July?

I'm a bit worried about the interview date though... xD It might just end up being when we are out of the country! xD

You might be lucky! Some people have been getting their green cards even before EAD and AP xD

Successful biometrics today! Of course it was our scheduled appointment time. Different people there this time, and they were nice.
