Hi Friend,

There is no harm in trying, I believed the calls I made to USCIS had something to do with them sending my hard copies and email notification. So you should call them to know why only two NOA was delivered...

Did you get email notification for the 3 forms or just for two?

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Hi eeosas,

Thanks for asking; I called this morning and the rep that I spoke with claim that they don't count the 30 days from the time the packet is delivered to them, but from the date on the receipt (in my case, which would be on June 22nd).

I just signed up for the case updates on the website, apparently my cases haven't been touched since June 3rd :P I'm guessing they don't really look at them until biometrics are done?

-6th nov 2013: received noa1 email/text

-8th nov 2013: alien registration number changed

-15th nov 2013: noa1 hard copy arrived

-3rd feb 2014: found out interview date via email

Today we got an email saying the interview is scheduled for July 28th. If we do get the EAD, we won't get much use out of it. :)
