oh mine says Nebraska, but the email and paper notification I got says National Benefit Center, I would rather have my local filling center process my case. well, lets keep our fingers crossed, I wish everyone here a smooth and steady process.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

I have mail from NBC also,even it says Nebraska.So i guess its at NBC.And i dont think there is gonna be no interview even it been processed at NBC.i dont think u can see if marriage is real based on papers.

Had my biometrics today... It was lovely. Took me a while to fall asleep last night, only to be woken up by a Tornado warning at 3:16. After 45 min of freaking out... we were on the clear and went back to bed. Woke up at 6 and hit the road. On our 3 hour drive to Des Moines, my husband got pulled over and got a speeding ticket.

At least the appointment went well. I can't wait for this day to be over,,, I am dead tired starving (which I'm working on right now) and I have a gym "fit score" appointment at 6... Next time we need to go there... we are leaving the night before!

We arrived an hour early to the Field Office, we were walking out the door after 15 mins. Was pretty straight forward.

I just want bed! x_X

 - January 26th, 2019 - Priority Date

My aos is still at Acceptance stage.I wonder when its going to move further? :clock:

Looking at the most recent timelines, it normally takes from 4-6 weeks from biometrics for any movement.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24

It can say acceptance or initial review,and to be honest, it really doesn't mean anything other than they have it and it is "in the process".

There is many, many things that I don't and cannot comprehend about this process. A lot of paper pushing, pointless delays, and inflated fee processing. It is legal immigration, afterall

K1 AOS:

I'm thinking of calling uscis Tomorrow because I've only received 2 NOAS in the mail since May 29, but noa for AOS not received as of now. Also, no biometric appointment letter received, meanwhile its gonna be 31 days since my packet was Delivered to them.

Anybody thinks it's a good idea to call, or not.

Any thoughtful comment would be appreciated.

Hi Friend,

There is no harm in trying, I believed the calls I made to USCIS had something to do with them sending my hard copies and email notification. So you should call them to know why only two NOA was delivered...

Did you get email notification for the 3 forms or just for two?
