Is anyones I-485 Changed status from Acceptance to Initial review?Mine is still on Acceptance.I hope their computer is up tp date

I think I am the only one that moved from acceptance to testing and interview with no RFE thus far

APRIL 29TH DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR
MAY 6TH EMAIL NOTIFICATION AND MONEY ORDER CASHED
MAY 9TH RECEIVED 3 NOA'S
MAY 12TH RECEIVED BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT FOR 6/04/14
MAY 13TH WALK-IN BIOMETRIC SUCCESSFUL

MAY 27TH EMAIL CAME I-485 CHANGED TO TESTING AND INTERVIEW

JUNE 24TH EMAIL AND TEXT CARD PRODUCTION FOR EAD DUE TO EXPEDITE APPROVAL

JUNE 30TH EAD RECEIVED

INTERVIEW DATE AUGUST 27TH

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

My still on Acceptance and I'm on the stage of waiting for my interview date to be schedule. So I'm waiting at this point to a surprise letter on my ?????????? I hope that will happen soon. I've see a some cases they already got the interview and still on Acceptance.

Hello All,

It's nice to know there are quiet a few May filers here.

I sent my package on the 28th, and it was received on the 29th. The NOA1 came in on June 2nd (texts, emails and hard copies have all been received). Case is in Nebraska, so am keeping my fingers crossed for the Biometrics letter.

I just saw my biometrics letter in the mail. But since I've been told Baltimore is notorious for refusing walk-ins, I think I'll just wait till my June 24th appointment date.

None of my case (I-130, I-485, I-765) stages has " testing and interview ", what's up with that?

maybe they didnt update information on a website yet?

Is it true that they gonna take ur NOA at biometrics appointment and wont return it back?

nope. you just show them the appointment letter and passport.

VJnew was that the same ID you submitted for the AOS documents? Just to be safe, you can take another photo ID maybe a driver's license along even if it is in your maiden name. My passport is still current but in my maiden name so I took a copy of my wedding certificate along which the security guard didn't ask for, but the usics staff attending to me did. He sighted both documents and returned them to me.
