Yes we did call many times!! I do not think that helped us in any way. I talked to a majority of people that did not know anything. It is a wonder they are working there in the first place. I actually got hung up on Friday of last week :ranting: I did email but, did not receive anything back as well. There needs to be a better system in place for sure but, nothing we can do but wait!

You're in Utah? I thought you were in Cali for some reason.

My Appointment is on the 16th. May try and walk in tomorrow depending on how my thumb looks tomorrow. Already looking better, ended up asking a pharmacist and he recommended bacatarin and to keep it out of water. Working so far, looking much better.

Yep Utah ^^ I did see on the letter though it said if you have a bandage or anything that interferes with taking your biometrics, they will make you come back another time, but if your thumb is nearly better I'm sure it'll be fine!

Were only 45 mins away from salt lake so I'm wondering if we should just go and I'll walk in sooner...anyone know if these places are open on a Saturday? I'm guessing they're probably not haha. My husband only gets the weekends off work

woke up today to a smooth thumb, still slightly red, may just end up driving down later today. I would try the walkin if you are that close, i am an hour and 20 out according to google maps, but i have made helena in 50 minutes before.

My appointment is on the 16th, so i can't see a real issue, it isn't like Helena is extremely busy ever. Its Montana.
