Hi christiesalim,

I was in your shoes last week, sent my docs in on the 12th, delivered on the 13th and called uscis on the 30th, I was told the same thing. I did send an email to lockboxsupport@dhs.gov with those details on May 30th. 4 days later, I got my texts - June 3rd. Interesting thing though, my forms were accepted May 14th.

Hey mine is pretty much the same as yours.

Sent may 12th signed for may 13th.

got noa texts june 2nd. Got hard copy on 6th.

Also online mine says recieved may 14th. ...

Do all ASC entertain walk-ins? Our centre is about an hour drive. we don't want to drive all the way to be turned away. Any help?

Most do accept walk-ins. You'd have to find info specific to your city otherwise you wait, rather than drive the 1 hr for the walk-in only to be turned back. What city are you in?

We are in Fremont, CA & got the ASC at Oakland, CA. I was just reading yelp reviews of the 3 ASC (San Jose, SFO & Oakland) . The SFO & Oakland have positive reviews & it does say they accept walk-ins whereas San Jose doesn't seem to be that friendly.

We might give it a shot next some time next week.

We did a walk-in end of May in Oakland and it was fine. Before we could do it, we had to talk to someone & he wanted to know why we were early.
