https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

filed AOS package 5/15,NOA`s dated 5/19, received biometrics appt. letter for 6/17,went to north broadway address in Chicago yesterday to try early biometrics, looked like a no go but we were able to talk our way into them doing the biometrics...anyone in Chicago using that address feel free to PM us and we will explain how we talked them into it. Don't know if early biometrics helps speed of approval or not but it is nice to kick back and relax and of course hope for no RFE`s.Best of luck and rapid successful results to all our fellow may filers....stevie and songsang

D&F We sent ours on May 15th. We haven't received anything as of yet. Every morning I check my phone and email and every morning I am disappointed. I called USCIS yesterday and they said they can't do anything until it has been 30 days. Our K1 petition went so smoothly. I wish I knew what was going on. Some people that sent theirs after us are getting NOA's and here we are still waiting. Please keep me posted if you can!

Biometrics letter came for us separate about a week later

Steve n Songsang, I see what you are talking about but am not sure how to fix that. When I try to edit it, it states that I should put the closest to where I live (for the AOS). I sent all documents to Chicago. It would be silly to do anything else!

So I have seen a few people who file in earlier May say that they don't have NOA1 yet. I wonder if there is a backlog or something? I want my NOA1 to prove my status cuz my K1/I-94 is expired now :( I'm hoping I get it Monday

sent our aos package away on MAy 12th.

They received it on may 13th - it was signed for.

We haven't received anything yet, money order has still not been cashed.

I am getting worried they have lost our package

I have called them about 3 times and spoke to tier 2 people.

They cant tell me anything other than if the money order is not cashed yet we have not started processing it.

Yep I'm definitely guessing there is a backlog , all our applications are probably still on someone's desk waiting to be opened. On the bright side at least it's not just one person, which means they probably haven't lost it and it just means they're behind or something ^^ hoping next week brings us all some good news!
