https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

So excited to report the GREEN CARD arrived today in the mail! A very nice first wedding anniversary present!

So after a year of waiting we can now breathe a sigh of relief until ROC...perhaps we shall all meet again in the ROC forum in January 2017...

Well, after waiting three months past the "waiver letter" date, I am now told we have to submit more evidence - dear god this is so tiring. So now I have to wait on the letter, collect what they need, and send it to whomever and then wait some more. Whoever said water boarding was torture hasn't gone through this process yet...

I had seriously given up hope! I started focusing on my job instead of my immigration process because it aggravated me not be able to do anything about it just wait... I did the whole process inquiry and the letter from that basically said they can't provide any extra information on why it's taking longer... Seriously??? A couple of days letter I got a letter stating we MIGHT be eligible for an interview waiver... Maybe being key word... So again I focused on my job, then I got a work email saying my work permit was expiring in 3 months and I'd be without a job if I didn't straighten that out! I did all the paper work to re apply for my advance parole/work permit and then cheduld an info pass to see what was going on with my AOS... Then today I got the GLORIOUS text saying my green card is in production!!!! Thank God!!

Hello VJers.

We have a little update for fellow May applicants. My wife and I received the Potential Interview Waiver in August, and then heard nothing. About two weeks ago we received an interview notice. We were a little scared because we had read here in the forum that if you got an interview after getting a PIW then they suspected the applicant. Our interview was scheduled for Thursday, 4/24. I have to say the interview was grueling. It took about 2.5 hours total. They wanted to see all originals. The officer asked my wife a barrage of questions, and then I was next. I appreciated the person(s) who uploaded the potential interview questions. They were right on track with those. Well, we are happy to report that at the end of the interview, the officer congratulated my wife and welcomed her as a permanent resident of the US. Interestingly enough, the next day, Friday, we get a notice that her card is being processed. So, in a couple of days she will get her card!! We are so happy. We are a little sad, though, we will not be checking the forum as often as before. See you guys later for the removal of conditions!

Looks like May applicants are starting to get them now. At least my I-765 and I-131 renewals were accepted. Hope we get the letter soon so we can get them the additional information they have requested. Awesome news for those that have gotten theirs - congrats!

For many May 2014: Congrats!! We are excited because my wife received her card in the mail yesterday. Now she has to go to DMV to renew her ID. We are sad that we will not be checking in so frequently as before. Maybe we can check in 2017. Good luck to everyone.
