Yes, I am happy! But as said, I was happy for YOU too!

A few odd questions still though:

I still have no movement on EAD or AP - both are on initial review still

Secondly, the new message states that you will receive a notice with time and day and to contact them if you haven't received it within 30 days or them mailing it..

How do you know when they have mailed it? Does it show up on the website that they mailed the notice?

It shows on a website when they mailed it.EAD in my case still on initial review but if u get GN u dont need EAD

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Yeah,i filed latey i-765 bc i didnt know when im gonna have my interview.so i suppose to get my EAD at the beginning of november and interview gonna be at the end of november

I'm already working legally but that runs out in mid-december so I am hoping that the interview is before that. I see that you were in the testing stage for a long time which not usual

Why do you think yours took so long to schedule? Just your office?

My office is the slowest one.somebody waited almost a year for the interview.they was proccessing cased for 2013. very very slow office

Wow, that is crazy although my I130 application went in in 2003, so I've been waiting a long long time overall...

These last few months have been tough to swallow

Definitely AmericanLife is next , I pray for that.after 105 days on Testing&Interview I thought I'll never get my interview,but seems like office was just very slow.I have called 2 times.Hope everybody here get their approvals.
