We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Have any May filers who got an RFE received their EAD(or green card) yet?

May 22: NOA for I-485 and I-765

June 10: Biometrics appointment

June 17: RFE for a joint sponsor

July 30: We send the RFE package in

August 1: I-485 moved to Nebraska Service Center and status changed to RFE review

I-765 is still in Initial Review and has this as the status: On May 22, 2014, we received this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

They received our RFE on 8/6, and it's still in the Review stage... very frustrating

Good news !!! I finally receive a Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case today.

Woohoo...!!! After waiting for monthsssss..., now I can move on one step forward. ??

However, I still have no idea how long more I have to wait for the GC approval. Hopefully, it's coming soon by Dec cuz I need to visit my homeland for Christmas. ??

Actually just got the potential interview waiver letter XD

while I'm happy that we might not need an interview, kinda sucks that it can take up to six months :/ but I'm glad that progress is being made ^_^

 - January 26th, 2019 - Priority Date

 - February 2nd, 2019 - Biometrics appointment scheduled

 - February 20th, 2019 - Biometrics appointment

 - June 7th, 2019 - Case Transfered [somewhere] Estimated completition time Dec 2019 (4 months) 

 ** July 24th, 2019 - Checked websites Estimated completition time Aug 2019 [???] (1 month) 

- August 29th, 2019 - Interview Scheduled! [October 7th, 2019 in Portland, OR]

- October 7th, 2019 - Interview [Approved!] Scheduled for same day Oath which was later cancelled...
