Will USCIS website show tracking number for GC as it showed for EAD/AP?

My interview was on 8th Sep & approved later on the same day. Then USCIS had multiple updates stating that new card is mailed to you on 12th Sep but doesn't show any tracking number!

USCIS - 50days

I-129F Application mailed: 10-July-2013; NOA1 (hard copy): 22-July-2013; NOA2: 29-Aug-2013 (text/email)

NVC: 52 days

NVC received: 15-Oct-2013; Got case #: 16-Oct-2013(phone); In Transit: 17-Oct-2013(CEAC website)

Consulate ~ Medical - POE: 139(+) days

Consulate received: 21-Oct-2013; Packet3 forms sent to Consulate: 29-Oct-2013; Packet4 received: 04-Nov-2013

Medicals completed on 28-Jan-2014; Interview on 10-March-2014; Visa in hand: 24-Apr-2014

GC: 114 days

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

how do you apply for a DL ?

i received my SSN with DHS authorization label, can i still apply for a driver license ?

if so what should i take with me?

Yes.

When my husband and I went to get his DL we took EVERYTHING! Like the NOA for the AOS, our marriage license, SSN, if you have the EAD. it better if you take everything, and it takes forever because they have to verify you have the correct paperwork. Also in the state of Florida we have to take a 4 hour drug and alcohol class and pass a traffic laws test.

If you go to the DMV website in your state you may find a list. Good luck :)

Received my letter to go through Biometrics again for I-765....I sent them a copy that i passed it already,why do i have to pas it again? Very,very angry right now.... :angry::angry::angry:

Received my letter to go through Biometrics again for I-765....I sent them a copy that i passed it already,why do i have to pas it again? Very,very angry right now.... :angry::angry::angry:

I-765 and I-485 they took the biometrics separately. So you would have to take another bio appointment to proceed the I765.

Also you didn't file the I485 and I 765 together. USCIS would say no excuse that you just have to take another biometric for your I765.

Received my green card yesterday! freedom!!!

Interview was on the 4th, green card received on the 12th. For those who want to know how long it can take! It's been 4 months since I applied for AOS. Good luck to everyone else and be patient... I've never been so patient in my entire life!

No worries, You would get it soon as some local office their proceeding time is really slow. It really depends on your local office.

Im not surprised bc all K1/K3 visa holders get a waiver letter.In my case im not from that category so im still waiting for interview
