Does anybody know how long will it take to receive the interview letter by mail once the date is updated in the USCIS website?

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Just received an SMS notification about my EAD and AP card being in production. So excited and hope I have completely escaped an RFE.

At otter and eeosas, I believe yours is just a few minutes away. I really really hope you receive it very soon.

We had our interview yesterday, and everything went well. We were approved later that day. We got a notification after two hours of our interview saying that they had ordered our "Green Card". We are happy about it.

Few things to note:

-They won't keep your originals if you have copies of each. They just want to see the originals. We made copies and handed it over.

-Make sure that your petitioner(spouse) have the last two pay check stubs for the last two recent months. We presented June and July.

-Make sure that you have the most current work letter. We got hers from work two weeks ago.

-We brought the taxes just in case, but we didn't need them.

-We presented utility bills under both of our names, car insurance, titles, apartment lease, credit card statement showing that we both are under it.

Overall, we had a very pleasant interview. The officer was even joking with us when were going to his office. Ask for our IDs and passport, i-94, went over i480 and i130. We showed him pictures of our wedding and with our families. It was a very natural conversation. we talk about our relationship (how we met). Where her parents live, if we plan to have kids. We left like we wanted to tell more about our story, but I know he had other interviews.

Today, I got a notification saying that they "had registered [my] new permanent resident status." It's weird because yesterday was in Car/Production--which is the last step--and today is in Decision which is the middle.

Congrats, You should be getting your card by next Wednesday, if not sooner. It took a week for me to get the EAD once they ordered it.
