Just received text notification for RFE on EAD/AP, for my wife. Strange that it's after our biometrics appt, instead of before. Oh well, guess we will wait to see what it is.... ?

Actually it is more common than you think. It is a good-bad thing. It means that they are checking your EAD/AP. Once you send in your RFE the wait shouldn't be too long.

K1 AOS:

May 22nd: Sent away AOS package Day 1

May 27th: Notification via text/email confirming receiving package. Day 5

May 29th: NOA's recieved on 29th May Day 7

June 2nd: Biometrics appointment for June 16th arrives. Day 11

June 16th: Successful Biometrics. Day 24

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

AOS interview was approved today!

We got a letter saying that they needed to review the case, but a couple hours later the case status changed to document production.

April 27, 2016: I-751 mailed

May 2: I-751 received

May ??? NOA1

May 12: Check cashed

May 31: Biometrics appointment scheduled

June 1: Biometrics appointment letter arrives!

June 2: Biometrics walk-in

Hi everyone! I'm new on this forum.

I am a May filer too, filed for AOS and EAD on May 12th, received date is May 14th. Biometrics were done on July 1st. My AOS is on testing and interview since July 9th I would say, but absolutely no updates at all on my EAD on the website :( it drives me crazy as I have a pending job offer, I don't know if they are going to wait for me any longer, it's been 76 days since they received my package. If I could at least get an update online it would be great, but no they can't even find my receipt number! I tried to call uscis a few times but they are useless! Got a service request for en expedite EAD but my "future" employer doesn't want to write a letter for me as he wants to see if I'll be good enough for the job (he wants to try for 3 days without really hiring me I guess I don't know). Any help/advice or people in the same situation as mine would be appreciated!

Are you able to see your case status online or not? Only the receipt number for the I-485 is working but nothing about my EAD :( I had the biometrics done on July 1st, they say it should be approved between July 29th and August 1st on my VJtimeline, I'm not sure about it though.
