Hi Everyone, Thought I would start this thread. We sent our AOS package on April 30 via FedEx and it arrived at USCIS in Chicago on May 1. Have not received any notification yet. Good luck to us all!

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

My experience is that they will claim their received it 2 or 3 days after you know it arrived there. We sent ours via US Priority mail and tracked it. I know when it arrived. 3 weeks later they sent me an email claiming they never received it. I called the next day to them and suddenly they noted that they did have it and they said they got it 3 days after my US Postal tracking says it got there. Then they will quote you 30 days processing time after they receive it.

I did get a checklist back from the NVC. About 2 days after my phone call to them, I got an email from them with with a checklist of what they said were errors on my I-864 form. There were specific items...for example.... I made an error on that question about the number household members. Also, I didn't check yes or no to the question of military service, and then they said I didn't copy my income on to a last line for Total Household income. Anyway, I was told to fill out the whole 864 form and fix the errors they noted and re submit the form. I reprinted it, filled it out again and mailed it back the next day. I'm still waiting for either a new checklist to fix...or... approval notice.

I thought I made a copy of everything we sent but then after it was all sent I saw the copy was missing a signature page on the I-485. I am 99.9% sure we sent the signature page with the package but now of course I have nagging doubts!

Congrats! We also got our emails - came in after midnight! And I got notice from my bank that they took the money. Checked case status and nothing but email said to wait until NOA received so probably needs a few days to log into system. Is your case number also starting with MSC?
