Hi.. with the civil documents.. i received an email as to what documents to send which is different from what is written on the website.. which do i follow?



Website says:


1. Passport biographic data


2. Marriage and birth cert of each parent


3. Marriage and birth cert of petitioner


4. pixs


5. nbi



NVC email only said:


1. Passport biographic data


2. NBI


3. Petitioner marriage and birth certs



Which do i follow..



2nd question...


can i put the cover sheet and documents for both my parents in one package/mail? should it be separate mails?



3rd question..


do i need to send one of each petitioners birth cert and marriage cert for each parent?



please please help.. thank you in advance

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.

02/10/2012 Delivered

02/14/2012 NOA Text & Email received

02/21/2012 NOA received in mail for I485 & I76.

02/25/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 1pm on 03/12.

02/27/2012 Successful Biometrics Walk-in done!
