So somebody tell me (since I apparently can't seem to figure it out for myself) when you see a date displayed on the dashboard (in this case the date appeared in a blue box like the other links on the dashboard but I've seen screen shots where the date appears in yellow) what should you do to immediately reserve it?

Yep. Hahaha... you can put kiss smileys here too! But this is the closest. ;) or you can find other smileys like what greenbaum does. smiley-7.gif

Everyone here who have gone through this phase would understand the frustration. Patience and more patience is all it needs! There no other secret formula. Well, in my time, I think I did a lot of stress-eating and -shopping! Just gotta get those nerves calm. lol.

All the best to your upcoming interview!

FINALLY, while checking on my phone this morning I see a date in the dashboard...."First available appointment is May 14th" -- I get excited, try clicking on it and....nothing...I try pressing continue...and it takes me through the screens and says "NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS" while STILL displaying the May 14th date in the dashboard. I clicked on "home" to go back to the original screen and try something else and the date went away. Ridiculous system all around.

we are on the same boat! yesterday i pressed the schedule dates that showed up,nothing happened so i clicked the continue and the schedule disappeared on my dashboard...i wonder what to press and how the calendar would show up..waiting for a week now...

I feel you on that. I had my interview scheduled last Feb via call center and the earliest that they gave me is for this month. Thought I haven't tried checking online. I called directly to the call center.

God has perfect timing; never early, never late. It takes a little patience and it takes a lot of faith but it's worth the wait. ❤️

I was on a K-1 Visa on 2014.

FINALLY was able to schedule my fiancé's interview....and ironically got the May 14th date. It took a month of constantly checking between me and my fiancé and a couple of false alarms. In the end I was able to schedule it using my Iphone.
