Still no calendar dates!!!!!

Who's with me? It's already month of May and still no calendar dates? What's wrong with the US embassy?

Yep I'm in the same boat! Thought for sure some would open up for June starting in May... but NOTHING! I think the trick is to keep checking constantly throughout the day, which I know is very annoying.

I checked the other day and saw one slot open for May 6th, which was too soon for me. I'm looking for first week of June. That May 6th slot went away very quickly.

We all can understand your frustration, but the Embassy is processing thousands of applications and doing their best. With the added burden of the "fast track" Yolanda applicants it has set the system in a tizzy. This is where you will have to dig deep into your patience as things will not change till most of the Yolanda applicants are processed.

Your idea of a tag system to alert others of open dates sounds great. Good for you guys. That's the VJ'r entrepreneurship at work.

The call center sees the same schedule as the website that the OP is looking at. So, they are not going to be able to help. They're going to need to have more patience.

Glad you got an appointment. Just the same, don't you wish you had grabbed a June date back when the June calendar first appeared?

HANK!!!!! I feel like kissing you madly. LOL. Thank you so much for the help. I wish you had a Viber to keep in touch. No. I don't regret getting that June dates. Instead, I wish I can share my 1 left chance of changing it to somebody needs another chance to change their appointment. But in reality, there is no such thing as that. Haha.. I'm so happy. I finally can decrease my sleepless nights.

FINALLY, while checking on my phone this morning I see a date in the dashboard...."First available appointment is May 14th" -- I get excited, try clicking on it and....nothing...I try pressing continue...and it takes me through the screens and says "NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS" while STILL displaying the May 14th date in the dashboard. I clicked on "home" to go back to the original screen and try something else and the date went away. Ridiculous system all around.
