My friend wants to petition her boyfriend but she doesn't have enough income but her illegal inmigrant does, his taxes are high

Can she use them.?

Thanks for posting this question.

For years, I've wanted to know the answer to this.....

The best that I can come up with is, yes- but only if the illegal immigrant is the original petitioner.

I dont see anything wrong in asking a question you do not know the answer, thats one of the reasons most of us joined the forum. The OP has gotten the answer to the question and I think it will be wise for admin to close this thread.

What? How can an illegal immigrant petition someone? Only USCs and LPRs can petition for family reunification.

You guys don't have to be soooo mean.. It's a yes or no question... Maybe they didn't know ...

Well, the thread title contains "illegal immigrant" ... which part of "illegal" OP does not understand or know, since she is the one who wrote it.
