DS-260 comes available as soon as the IV fee is paid, iirc. I paid the IV fee and next time I checked, the DS-260 was available.

By the way, Not a Tailor, I'm not a EP sponsor. I don't scan my papers, I mail them. Just for your information.

Yea that's odd. Give her a call and try to know what's going on.

anahialanadan, these lawyers are not working on only your case, they have many clients, so keep calling her to remind her about your case, otherwise you will be lagging behind

Hi I am a May petitioner for my wife, and just two weeks ago I submitted DS 260 and sent the AOS/IV package. Knock on wood, everything has gone smoothly thus far, although the waiting part really sucks!

I have a question on the AOS documents. Will the NVC accept 2013 tax return transcript, since I haven't filed my tax return for 2014 yet? I don't even have the W2 for 2014, so the most recent transcript I could submit with AOS form was 2013. I was wondering if I would get a checklist for doing this...any ideas?

5/1/2014: I-130 Sent (Nebraska Service Center)

5/23/2015: US Entry :jest:

3/1/2017: Filed i-751 (California Service Center,  transferred to National Benefits Center on 3/13/2018)

2/23/2018: Filed N-400 online at Chicago, IL
10/03/2018: i751-N400  combo interview successful

11/05/2018: Completed Oath Ceremony, Certificate of Naturalization in hand! :jest:

The tax transcript for year 2014 will not be needed untill April 2015. So, it is absolutely okay to send transcripts of year 2013. You will not get checklist for that. But I would suggest you to file it as soon as possible because if your wife's interview is scheduled after April 15 then she will be able to show 2014 transcript if asked by the VO.

Goodluck with your process.

Thank you! That's very helpful. Good luck to you as well.

I'll try to update a timeline sometime later today.

Thank God my AOS/IV package is on the way...Let's see what happens. Prayer Prayer for this visa journey

Best of luck Nyala. :)

I have plan to send the packages tomorrow. I have a confusion regarding the current individual annual income on the I864 FORM. The latest tax transcript I have is from 2013. So should I enter the individual income of year 2014 in the current individual annual income? Or shoul I need to enter the entity from 2013 tax transcript.

If I enter the 2014 amount then is there any need to provide any proof of income?

How did you do that. Help please. I am stuck at the point. :(

Not A Tailor can you give any insights?
