my case routed to California Services center, too.

Congrats for your acceptance. It seems very few VJ members are routed to CSC on May. You can have a look here

Trying to exchange info among California Service Center petitioners.

Pattern or is it that filers abroad are automatically sent to CSC within the past few months? Curious how many abroad filers for May were routed elsewhere??

I'd read somewhere that they're taking onboard the applications for those that would've done direct consular filing...

Are all the people on this thread who've been sent to California living abroad with their partners? Please let us know!

I don't know about other filers that are routed to California. But ours is not a case of living abroad with partner. I am waiting here to be united with my husband. Our case is routed to CSC.

DCF hasn't been available for quite awhile now...at least in Canada, not sure about other countries. Wondering why suddenly CSC is only now taking that into consideration?

Exactly what theory CSC is following is hard to know unless some more VJ members transferred to CSC put some light into this matter. ? Edited by ritbiv

I think it's definitely still available here in England, but then again we've a much smaller landmass - don't know whether the feasibility of actually getting to the consulate has anything to do with it; but then again all alien filers have to go their embassy eventually (except for AOS and the like). Actually, now that I'm thinking about it; I know from watching the processing times for Nebraska (according to VJ member timeline data) that up until a few weeks ago it was the fastest performing service center. At around this time, we noticed quite a few cases being routed there and we deduced that it could be USCIS rebalancing work loads with the other centers. Last week (again, according to timeline data) Nebraska had sunk to become the slowest performing center - so maybe what we're seeing is USCIS rebalancing the workloads again? I've noticed a slight improvement in Nebraska's processing times in the past week or so.

I second you in this matter. Hoping to get quick approval. And by the way I am getting addicted to VJ.?

Hi guys got approved i130 in 24 days at NSC for my spouse but nothing yet for my child. I filed together and they have same PD.

Hi pinoyako10, welcome to the thread!

Petitions for the Philippines are being expedited at present due to Typhoon Haiyan last year - I should imagine your child's approval should come pretty soon; from what we've seen approvals for Filippino applicants are taking around one month to complete.

Good luck!

Congrats for your approval. Were you transferred to NSC? Where did you file your petition? Your profile is indicating CSC as filing location?
