Packet 3 help

Hi list,

My Fiancee has received Packet 3 yesterday, only DS-230 part1 has to be submitted at this time?

and the DS-230 part 1 has to be submitted in person or by mail to US mission?, please let me know ASAP.

US Embassy sent packet 3 on Jan 10th

For the Rio consulate, only the first part of DS 230 is required on packet 3.

In Brazil we have to mail packet 3 back to the consulate, but there might be different procedures for different consulates. Try posting on the regional forum or emailing your consulate.

I think that for fiance visas in all consulates only DS-230 part I is needed. They should have an address on the packet 3 where you can send your form to, along with a passport picture, and a copy of your passport. I'm pretty sure that's it but packet 3 should tell you all of this.

For the Embassy in Paris, the only thing they wanted immediately was the DS 230 Part I - not even passport picture and copy of passport. They gave an address where to mail the form.
