Should I be worried?

If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it!!

My birthday is June, 9th. I will turn 21.

I have just been looking at the NVC website and reading about stuff when I came across this:

  • Applicants whose 21st birthday is before the appointment date should immediately contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulatel where the interview will occur to request an earlier appointment. Failure to receive a visa before the applicant's 21st birthday may make the applicant ineligible for an immigrant visa at this time.

I have only started my NVC stage and haven't even sent anything yet, should I worry about this? Do I need to call NVC and notify them?

You're pursuing an CR-1 visa. Turning 21 does not affect a CR-1 case.

Turning 21 affect derivative beneficiaries and F2a beneficiaries.

Thank you for that, I almost had a heart attack, on another note, I just checked my status, It was "touched" today and my address was changed like I had requested, But now it says Initial Review again!! Wth???
