Hello! We are sort of lost in what to do next. Iam filing CR1 visa through DCF here in the philippines for my husband. We have sent the i-260 form online on 2nd week of april2014 and have informed nvc via email. We received an email a week later saying that we can now schedule interview. When we try to do so via online, it says no interview schedule available. do we have to send the civil documents to nvc? we are confused if we are just to compile it and present during the interview or maybe we have to send it via email or snail mail. Our priority date is feb19,2014. is anyone else having the same problems? any help will really be appreciated. Thanks.

Documents are submitted at the interview. Right now there are few interview spots open, and they go quick. Just have to keep checking. There's a couple threads on the interview schedule situation over on the Philippines sub forum.

If you look a couple pages back on here, you'll find a really good thread that describes several peoples experience going through DCF Manila. There's a post on page 5 that outlines the steps after you get a case number.

CFO- Commission on Filipinos overseas. A seminar that all immigrating Filipinos must attend.

If you check out the Philippines forum again, you can find a recent thread dealing with their new appointment system. Before may 15, there are no appointments, first come first served, so people start lining up at 2-3 am. Only like 15 slots per am/pm, per country per day.

2007 - Came back from the U.S.2008 - Met Nic (L)November 27,2009 - Had first daughter :goofy: - June 19,2010 - Got Married at a Church (F) - February 2011 - CRBA my first child at US Embassy Manila and officially a dual Citizen Baby October 12,2011 - Had our 2nd child/son :dancing:August 23,2013 - Petitioned NicAugust 30,2013 - Petition APPROVED :thumbs: October 2013 - Received Approval letterOctober 2013 - Received Packet 3 + Case NumberJanuary 2014 - Moving foward with DS-260January 2014 - Problem 1: thought we didn't have a case number coz we were looking for a NVC number -_- Took 3 months to noticed we already had it in our hands :bonk: April 2014 - Problem 2: Wrong input of the applicants birthday on their system, and didn't notice it until this month... <_< :bonk: :idea:May 2,2014 - Out of no where, i tried the wrong birthday and POOF! Finished the form right away, by the way. DS-260 = DONE!!! :content: :idea: May 9,2014 - Finally found an available slot for VISA INTERVIEW! Yeyy!! :dancing: May 15,2014 - Wrong birthday finally corrected - USEM just received our DS-260 Form which was done 2 weeks ago :clock: [Next should be setting the interview and medical and doing CRBA for 2nd child... :clock: Hoping my husband will get his visa in a month because I need to leave for U.S. by July because we are having our 3rd child this October 2014 :dancing: ] May 28,2014 - Medical at SLEC = PASSED!!! June 6,2014 - Interview at USEM = ?????? - CRBA <p> (L)(L)(L)

On edit, we didn't set an appointment for CFO. We've already got it done. The appointment system doesn't start till the 15th.

The instructions are there on the site. Don't know if that works if you did not file DCF. If filing in the states, I believe that nvc sets the appointment.

Nope. CFO can be done after. If you go before you will need to go back to get the sticker, but that's easy as long as the seminar is done with.

There is an appointment system that is going into effect on the 15th of this month. I think the info is on heir website.

Thanks! already registered on that website. That is where i check for available slots once in a while.
