I thought Montreal still uses loomis thats what we registered for on the usavisa website

okay well than someone needs to update the consular information page for your country i got it straight from there and oi know people keep pretty good tabs.

But Loomis it is than. I don't want to lead anyone astray. If thats what it says to register than great.

Gross income from 1040. Otherwise if you submitted 1040EZ then use Adjusted Gross Income. For both you and your joint sponsor need I-864, Tax Returns, W2s, 1099s (if any), Employer's Letter, Pay Stubs etc.

We have been requested an expedite for our son's case to NVC to be with me in the interview , they send to us this message :

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: SRC×××××××

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing. This file will be immediately forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General.

Please note that the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General may still request additional forms or fees at the time of your interview. Please be prepared to submit any missing forms and pay any required fees at the time of your interview.

We recently received your visa petition. Once we enter your information into our system, we will forward this case to the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt.3

So we emailed cairo embassy to ask about information and they answer with very weird 3 mail s

First :

on 9 JUN-2014 07:30, is the appointment date and time for your son, he has to do the medical exam with his case number, and bring it with him on the day of his interview.

Please ignore our previous email, your sons case never received to our post, once we receive it, we will notify you, it is only the mothers case.

Not weird at all. Its exactly what they said they haven't received your sons file. I wouldn't think they would have sent out that fast. Until the embassy receives then they will schedule his interview. So just stay on top of NVC and ask tomorrow has it been sent.

Like NVC says once we enter in system they will mail off. That can be a 2 to 4 eek process. So just stay on top of it.

I however would get your sons medical done so if he gets same date as you you will be ready.

Hmmm NVC didn't assign a case# for son? Well if NVC says they sent it then just stay on top of the embassy. That's all you can do. Call the medical place you went for your medical and ask them tell them about expedite and all that hopefully you can bring him in now.

And his petition could be at embassy they just haven't done anything put in system so stay in contact with them.

Hey Guys! Here's an update to our case. I had my hubby to call his embassy today and we got an earlier interview!!! They moved us from June 16th to June5th! YAY!!! :dance:

Wow! Thats great! I wish i could also change my interview date.... But we have already bought a tickets, paid hotel.

I have to go to Poland, Warsaw.

What are you guys doing doing in relation to getting your IV delivered. Here it says they will deliver to an assigned depot, but for an extra fee (45 USD!!each, there are two of us) they will deliver to the home address. Also I wasnt going to book our flights until we receive our visas. Is that what everyone else is doing or no?

If you're put into administrative processing once, are immune from it for good?

I was put on one a few years ago for 13 months before I got my tourist visa. What are the chances of getting another one? Anyone came across or heard of such a misfortune?

From your timeline, it seems that you guys had biometrics prior to medical............. but when i called USTravelDocs guys, they told me that i need to bring medical report for biometrics.

What is the correct scenario???

We just called NVC for an interview date, but it hasn't been scheduled yet. They also told us that they have finished scheduling interviews for June now

I'll have to hope for a July interview now.
