Can we book those appointments without the interview letter? If we can then that would definitely help with getting the ball rolling.

yup! We logged into the us.traveldocs page and booked our biometrics appointment and we called the mumbai rele clinic and booked our medical, they just needed to know what date and time our interview was scheduled. No one asked if we received our IL email.

If an interview has not yet been scheduled, can I request an expedite or should I wait until it's been scheduled and request an earlier date if possible?

Requesting an expedite can slow you down. But sure you can always request one and they will give you a decision after they review your evidence in a few weeks.

why I can't track my package on DHL i tired many times

I put EXP 09 MAY 2014A

and I tired 08 09 10 11 but nothing come up anyone can please help me

ceac status changed to transit on MAY 9

and my destination is bangladesh

So the weirdest thing happened, I just called NVC to ask about the interview email, and she said the interview is scheduled on June 17. Yesterday they had told me the 14th, which I had verified three times yesterday. But I guess it's the 17th. NVC always finds a new way to amaze me. As for the interview letter, she said they should be going out in a few days...whatever the hell that means.

1/29/14 - NVC assigned case number

2/10/14 - DS-261 was filled out and AOS was paid

2/11/14 - AOS was mailed

3/10/14 - AOS Checklist for missing field (Didn't write N/A)

3/11/14 - AOS was resent

3/20/14 - IV fee was invoiced and paid

3/26/14 - DS-260 was filled out and the IV documents were mailed from India

3/27/14 - AOS was approved (Reply to the checklist)

4/1/14 - received a false checklist for IV documents

4/7/14 - IV Documents reached NVC

4/11/14 - IV Documents were touched by NVC

4/29/14 - Case Complete (Called on April 30)

4/30/14 - Checklist for IV docs (To obtain PCC - This is normal for Mumbai)

5/6/14 - CASE COMPLETE confirmation email received.

5/9/14 - Interview was scheduled for June 17 @ Mumbai Consulate

5/13/14 - Received IL letter (P4 Packet)

5/26/14 - Medical Appointment (Apollo/Ahmadabad)

Well the 14th is a Saturday so they may have corrected themselves. But looks like they are back to their IL email in 5 to 7 days. So maybe they just like us calling and bugging them. They could eliminate so many calls if they would go back to their AVR system wonder why they stopped that. Guess Operator 25 needs to speak to live people. LOL (sorry killing time at work.....)

So do you have all your proof of domicile or reestablishing domicile paperwork all ready for interview?

So what did you send in to NVC to get accepted? You had a co-sponsor correct?

To get accepted, we had a co-sponsor and I sent in domicile info. I explained that I have a storage unit in the US and housing arrangements made, plus a car I've purchased. I gave my account, card, post box info. All of that went through fine and I plan on bringing copies of it all again for backup at the interview. So...I guess my question is, if I bring a new I-864 for my cosponsor and his transcripts, is just bringing the IRS acceptance of my extension enough?

I am the petitioner (USC). My husband is Senegalese.

6/10/2013: NOA1

1/21/2014: NOA2 (TSC)

2/6/2014: Received at NVC

3/13/2014: Case Number, IIN, BIN received by phone. Emails handed over.

3/17/2014: Submitted DS-261

3/18/2014: Received emails- AOS invoice and Case Number, IIN, BIN

3/19/2014: AOS available and paid (IN PROCESS)

3/19/2014: My part of AOS sent to joint sponsor from Senegal, awaiting PAID confirmation before joint sponsor sends to NVC

3/21/2014: AOS payment REJECTED. Paid again, payment IN PROCESS. Joint sponsor received AOS package in US

3/24/2014: AOS Payment went through account. Still in process at NVC.

3/25/2014: AOS PAID. IV Yellow Triangle in the morning. IV email and payment invoiced in the afternoon. IV payment IN PROCESS.

3/26/2014: IV payment taken out of bank account, still in process at NVC. IV packet sent via DHL from Senegal.

3/27/2014: IV shows PAID. DS-260 Submitted. AOS sent to NVC from Oregon.

3/28/2014: AOS and IV delivered (both signed by G.Peters)

4/1/2014: Both packets in the system

4/14/2014: Fake checklist for AOS. IV assumed accepted (will call to verify)

4/15/2014: Case complete (by phone)

4/22/2014: Case complete email

5/1/2014: Interview scheduled (confirmed by phone)

Yes, called about an hour ago...no new information, was again told that they are still scheduling June interviews...Perhaps reason for a little hope for those of us waiting?!

02/04/14 - I-130 approved CSC

02/20/14 - NVC received case file

03/26/14 - Case # assigned

03/27/14 - Sent ENROLL email for EP – Auto reply received

03/28/14 - AOS bill invoiced

03/30/14 – AOS bill paid

03/31/14 - Emailed AOS package – No auto reply received

04/01/14 - IV bill invoiced and paid

04/01/14 – Emailed IV package – No auto reply received

04/03/14 - DS260 available and submitted

04/21/14 - Received email confirmation of EP enrollment
