You weren't on spreadsheet I just added you however you have the Belarus flag up but you say Warsaw. can you change it it messes up the stats on VJ because credit goes to Belarus.

Well, yes im from Belarus and everything is correct - my interview will be in USA Embassy in Warsaw, Poland.

Its a legal process and for immigration visas we all have to go to Warsaw and have interview in this city. :secret:

Hello Rose! That's fine! My interview is set on the 4th of June and I will have my medical tomorrow, May 6. I think as long as you were able to fly out before the medical's validity and visa expire! I will fly out as soon as I get my visa.

I am a little ahead of myself, I am still stuck in the NVC process BUT- planning next steps-

My question is regarding MEDICAL.

My petition and application for Immigrant VISA is for my wife and stepdaughter, and I know what I need to do for them. My wife and I also have a child (girl)- who we have obtained a USA Passport for last year- after we went through the report of birth abroad to a US Citizen process- that was EASY compared to the I-130 process..

Here is my question- WHEN we depart for the USA as a family- will my daughter who holds a USA Passport have to produce medical information as well?

The day we all travel to USA is like a dream for me at the moment and I want to make sure there are NO HICKUPS...

Have you fixed an appointment for Medical yet? Do you have any idea if we can change the biometrics appointment later? Confused of the dates.

First we called the clinic for Medical in Hyderabad. They asked us to send an email with the IL attached. They will get back to us with a date for the medical. Meanwhile my wife is getting some of the vaccinations done at a local vaccination clinic.

The OFC appointment (biometrics) is done online and yes you can change it also online. My wife is getting the biometrics done this Friday 5/9.

Was April 28th when you received the Case Complete email, or was that the actual date the case was completed. I'm just trying to get a better idea of how interviews are scheduled and if it only happens after the CC email is received or there is no correlation to that.

First we called the clinic for Medical in Hyderabad. They asked us to send an email with the IL attached. They will get back to us with a date for the medical. Meanwhile my wife is getting some of the vaccinations done at a local vaccination clinic.

The OFC appointment (biometrics) is done online and yes you can change it also online. My wife is getting the biometrics done this Friday 5/9.

I am going to do my medical from Chennai.Not sure if they follow the same process as Hyd. Anyone doing the medical from Chennai, can we select the dates when we want to do the medical or its according to their availability? Thanks.

USCIS: CR-1

07/05/2013- I130 sent

07/07/2013- NOA1

12/17/2013- NOA2 (APPROVED from California Service Centre)

NVC:

01/06/2014- Received at NVC

01/31/2014- Received case no, Invoice Identification no & provided our email addresses.

02/06/2014-DS-261- Available

02/07/2014-Completed DS-261

02/07/2014-AOS fee invoiced.

02/21/2014-IV fee invoiced.

03/13/2014-Paid both AOS & IV fees.

03/17/2014-Both payments reflecting as PAID

03/24/2014-AOS packet mailed to NVC

03/26/2014-IV packet mailed to NVC

04/02/2014-DS- 260 Completed

04/11/2014- False checklist

04/14/2014- CASE COMPLETE confirmed over the phone.

04/21/2014- Case complete confirmation email received.

CONSULATE: Mumbai

05/01/2014- IL received via email.

05/15/2014- Medical (Chennai)

05/16/2014- Biometrics/OFC (Chennai)

06/03/2014- INTERVIEW scheduled. (((((((((((( A.P.P.R.O.V.E.D.)))))))))))))) :dancing:

06/04/2014 -Ceac site: Administrative processing

06/05/2014- Ceac site: ISSUED. Visa printed.

06/07/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery.

06/09/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport ready for pick up.

06/09/2014- Us travel doc site: Passport has been picked up. (collected from VFS office Prestige Atrium)/Visa in HAND.
