Does anyone else laugh at the voice of the person who interrupts the call every so often to say, "all of our representatives are still busy assisting other callers..." or am I just being really cynical today? haha

I always jump - because I think I'm being transferred to a "real" person. Oh, and the woman's voice sounds like my ex - and that unnerves me too!!!!

Ugh... On hold for 25 minutes just so Max can tell me that my IV package hasn't been reviewed yet and that I have to wait 30 business days blah blah blah. He sounded a bit like a robot with an accent. But good guy nonetheless.

I think I'll "try" to hold off until Friday to see if it's been reviewed and if they have received my revised AOS. This is all such a huge pain in the behind.

i will call tonight .but i really DONT want to hear the words( checklists) that make my heart broken...

i called friday night and they said they didn't open my IV package yet.

so i hope they open my mail today... :crying::crying::clock::clock:

i will post it after i called.

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

Have they at least accepted your AOS package? I got a checklist for one little number. So frustrating.

Everything has been accepted!! They just haven't reviewed the IV docs yet, and they have been there since April 15, but not scanned until the 22nd. Still, everything is there...we have been waiting over a year now and just want a June interview sooooo badly. I hope this is our week...

How long after submitting document for checklist does NVC take to add it to the case? They received document on April 23..

Husband sent PCC from India today, it should arrive at NVC BY THURSDAY or FRiday.. What's the chance well get a case complete?

NOA 1- March 25, 2013

NOA 2- Dec 23, 2013

Dec 27, 2013 Case shipped from NSC to NVC

DS-261 completed: 2/19/2014

AOS Invoiced and shows IN PROGRESS: 2/20/2014

AOS shows PAID: 2/24/2014 AOS- packet added to the case: 3/17/2014

DS 261 Accepted: 03/20/2014IV fee yellow triangle with exclamation mark seen on CEAC- 03/18/2014

IV fee available to pay and shows IN PROGRESS: 3/20/2014

IV packet received by NVC 03/7/2014

IV packet FALSE checklist-(Checklist shows: I need to complete the DS 261 form): 03/17/2014
