I think they do it in purpose to control work flow. Just like USCIS used to manipulate the numbers every monthly update!!!!

yeah i called last week (thursday) and they said give it until the beginning of the following week. i'll call again today. last week i e-mailed a picture of the debit from my account. just want to send the DS-260

You can include in the IV package if you are able to obtain it without the appointment letter or checklist. otherwise they do a case complete, and issue you a checklist and you have to take it to the interview. From a few experiences, people were able to obtain pcc without appointment letter in bangalore, hyderabad. People were having issues in ahmedabad/gandhinagar and had to wait until the appointment letter came. Hope this helps.

IV fee still says "in process"... what the ####

They are all over the place with the fee payments, it's nuts. I have four applications going at the same time. I was able to pay two of the IV fees last Tuesday that showed as "Paid" on Friday. I was able to pay another on Wednesday that is still showing "In Process", but the last one I was able to pay on Thursday is showing "Paid" as of this morning. Same bank account, same everything. Wth?

Has anyone else had to wait a much longer time for the IV to show as paid lately? The AOS Fee showed as paid after 2-3 business days, but it seems like the IV Fee is taking much longer.

Yes my AOS showed paid in 3 business days. My IV fee still shows "in process" and its been 7 business days.. sigh...

This is my first time calling NVC and it keeps giving me a busy signal. Is this normal? Do I just have to keep calling until it finally rings? I called (603) 334-0700

NVC is generally like that for payments. While the cases are connected, they are still treated as individuals except in the case of a) the AOS fee and 2) the interview date. You may end up finding some are completed sooner than others.

it should be included in the IV package. .We are still waiting for my in-laws to get theirs.. I don't understand what's taking them so long

Yes keep calling. You're calling at the busiest time of the day btw.

My husband did not file taxes for 2012 and 2011. What would he write in the i-864 where it asks for the "total income as reported on Federal tax returns for the most recent 3 years"?

Would it be N/A for both year and total income because he did not file?

or would it be 2012 - $0 and 2011 - $0?

Just wondering what everyone else put as I don't want to get a checklist for leaving those lines blank.

He already wrote the letter explaining why he didn't file for those 2 years.

In hyd/bangalore (mumbai consulate), we were able to get it before we got case complete. but deep was having issues getting one without a checklist/appt letter. If you are able to obtain then absolutely send to nvc itself.
