Can anyone help me? My husband lives abroad with me, he has maintained his US address, his vehicle is there in care of his parents and he still has bank statements sent to that address, unfortunately his drivers license is out of date and he doesnt seem to know where his voter registration card is. We will attach a letter from his mother stating we will be living with her which is the address he has always lived at and has his stuff sent to.

So my question is, can he show that he has maintained his US domicile with the little evidence we have AND show we will be moving there (re-establish sort of?) we will show shipping company quotes and we will have his insurance for his car too it will be in his mothers name though. Obviously we can't show job offers and a lease for a house because we are not sure when we will be going back and are not there to see the house for ourselves.

I do not have experience in this as others do, but I would start by typing relevant words such as proof of domicile or reestablishing domicile in the search box above, to see what else you can find:)

Thank you, I have done this but most people have gone either PROOF OF DOMICILE or INTENT TO RE-ESTABLISH. unfortunatley, we want to do both, I know If his domicile is in the USA then we don't need to re-establish per se, but I was wondering if we could include evidence of both.

I may be out in left field, but I would venture to say you'd have to 're-establish' domicile if you both live in another country. Proof of domicile would indicate the petitioner currently lives in the US... anyone feel differently??

So him having his bank account still active in the US and a car in the US not count as him keeping it as his principal address? He is only living with me just under 2 years, he doesn't work here and has to real ties to my country.

Just realized that my husband's Police Report is only valid through mid May because he picked it up in February. So if they don't give us a Case Complete by then or at least review our IV package before then and accept it, we are screwed.

wait for interview letter and than take that to get PCC..

They mush have to give you pCc.

And we don't need pcc at NVC stage.

My problem is that my appointment will be end of june and right now there is no chance of getting a pcc before july - i submitted all documents to the PSK --- two days ago.

The PSK MADE ME apply for a reissue because my wife's name was not on the stupid thing.

They said and i quote "if you want sponsorship from wife and PCC, name has to be there"
