We will moving back to Orlando though, ;). I always read about Walt Disney's club 33 and wanted to be a member! Apparently there's a long list and thousands of dollars you have to put down as a deposit to be a member.. :cry:

Re-posting my question.

Hello i guys i have question regarding Police certificate from Pakistan. Some are saying its required and some are saying its not required. http://travel.state.gov/content website says its not required, yet some people gotten checklist due to not sending it. ISB embassy says its required, so i am little confused on what i should do. Not send it to NVC and have my wife take it to embassy whenever her interview happens?

2nd. Foreign office attested, should the police certificate be attested by foreign office? Currently its in English, typed with police signature and my wife picture on it.

I am not sure about 2nd question..

But I think You should call NVC and give them your consulate office name. They will tell you PCC is required or not.

PCC requirements is not depend on countries but It depend on your city consulate office.

My consulate office is Mumbai ( india) and its not required to send PCC for us at NVC stage.

But it do required from other offices in India.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

PLEASE HELP! QUESTION ON I-1864 EZ! Hey guys,

I am finishing up the i1864ez form and I am stuck on question 16. Your household size. subsection of question 16 begins with a. Yourself and the person you are sponsoring on this form. Next is b. which says your spouse. A. is prefilled with 2 as it is myself and beneficiary but then for b I should be putting in 1 since I am sponsoring my spouse. But the issue is at the bottom it says to add the sections, if I add them it would be 3 but in actuality there are only two of us. I confused on how they want us to fill this out correctly if I am sponsoring my spouse and I have to leave 2 in part a and then input 1 for my spouse.

Do not count anyone twice. If the immigrant is your spouse, then they only count the first time.:)

OK - I just talked to Agent Ken and asked him if my packets/DS-260 had been reviewed. I told him everything had been sent in on April 10th. He told me it was going to take LONGER because everything came in at the same time!!! That has to be BS. He said it would probably take another week. And then he *helpfully* (I'm being snarky) said "We'll send you an email when it has been reviewed."

I'm calling back on Friday afternoon.

VERY disappointed. Just hoping they will still be scheduling Australia next week.....

Oh, oh, would I be one of those people? I've been to Disney World dozens and dozens of times (I'm actually going back this September for the first time in 7 years), but never been to Disneyland! I've actually never been to Cali either :lol:

I just read from another poster that she got checklisted TWICE for saying that she was employed in her i-864 but putting $0 because she wouldn't be employed once she left for the USA.

I am in a similar situation.

I have put my CURRENT employer in Australia on my i-864 but used my income that I will be receiving for my USA job which I have accepted. I have included my USA employment contract stating my income.

Do I still need to provide a letter of employment for my current job overseas even though my employment will be ceasing when I move to the US? Or a resignation letter from my current employer?

07-19-2013: Marriage

07-29-2013: I-130 NOA1

01-14-2014: Transfer date to CSC

02-20-2014: RFE Mailed

03-06-2014: RFE Received/Mailed Back

NVC:

04-25-2014: I-130 Case # and IIN assigned

05-02-2014: DS261 available and completed

05-02-2014: AoS fee invoiced and paid

05-03-2014: IV fee paid
