NVC sent Checklist at 1:12 AM. They used a different language or Font that i could not read and had to use Google Translate to read it. Is it common? This letter was sent as a reminder to the checklist they sent on April 30th. We responded same day. They don't open the emails and send a reminder in a language that you can't read. WXX?

That is very very odd. I'd be calling them monday. Did you not get email a couple days ago saying they had received and are reviewing your IV docs??( I could be confusing you with someone else) But If you did, this checklist could be because they have reviewed and accepted the IV but have not yet received the corrected AOS. Why it would be in a different language though has me stumped.

I have received that also..i read that using phone and pc but still the same..but i found a solution..i tried to copy and paste it in microsoft word and it is readable already.. Just try it.:-)

Crazy! there was someone in the april thread who got similar, they called NVC and were told to ignore it. I would call for sure

Wohoo!! Birthday present for me today. Checked to see if DS261 was available this morning, nothing.. Checked around 2pm (UK time) 9AM (US Eastern Standard Time) and it was available! Now Completed..!! Now only if AOS payment because available it will be even a better birthday present!

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what a K3 case number would look like vs. a CR1/IR1 case number?

I filed both petitions, both were approved, yesterday called NVC and gave them the USCIS number from the approved 1-130 petition and was given an NVC case number that looked like this: CRO2014621XXX

I typed this number into this link https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw== under "Immigrant Visa" and it accepted it, so I am 99.9% sure this is for the CR1/IR1 and not the K3, but just thought I'd ask to triple check because someone on another thread was wondering if it could be for the K3 as I received the case number pretty fast.

We haven't been able to file taxes for 2013, since we won't get the corrected Finnish tax info until August the earliest. We applied for extension, just like the two last years.

For I-864, Part 6, should we still write info on 2013, since we know it's going to be $0 (all foreign income, total income has been $0 for last two years anyways)? Or should we just list 2012, 2011 and 2010?

We already wrote a letter explaining why transcript 2013 is missing and a copy of extension filed.

Yes, we received emails confirming receipt of original AOS and IV support documents. IV documents are OK and have been reviewed. The mistake was in I864 form which we sent reply on April 30th.
