congratulations!!!!

so far it is indeed following the pattern! may 5th scans yesterday, may 6th today, as is your case, except for lifeonhold they are going day by day.

saylin should add to the spreadsheet scan dates and acceptanche/checklist dates. they are key dates in predicting acceptance which then predict case completes. all you'd need is some basic stat skills or even I could make a prediction program based on all that data to predict for you all each step with some good algoriths that take into account standard deviations and other error checking

Yeap, my case is complete today :). I'm so interested now after 13 months of stressful.

I'm waiting for the interview schedule for my mom but i think at least in the end of July.

Always double check your documents and forms. Not only do you get delayed by RFEs and Checklists, but the time it takes for them to review the new items you send could be used to approve more applications. Save yourself and others valuable time!

Current Status: NVC:
-Assigned and Received NVC Case Number, IIN, and BIN April 18, 2014. (100% sure case # was assigned today because I called twice and it wasn't assigned in the morning when they opened but in the afternoon it was)
*Could not provide email then as case was still being updated in their system
-On April 21, 2014 I was able to provide my email and beneficiary's.
-On April 28 I was able to fill out DS-261
-On April 29 I received and paid AOS Fee (at 1pm)
-On May 1 I received and paid IV Fee (at 1pm [became available]), also AOS Fee shows as PAID
-On May 5 IV Fee shows as PAID and DS-260 became available and was completed. Also, AOS Package Scanned by NVC

-On May 7 IV Package Scanned by NVC

-On May 28 AOS Accepted

-On June 2 IV Accepted/Case Complete

-On June 11 Interview Email Received

-On July 3 Interview at Moscow

Note: Medical Exam scheduled after interview letter received by calling the specific clinic, earliest appointment was 2 weeks ahead)

-Visa approved, came to us, got greencard, sadly things didnt go well and divorced. Last I hears she was still in the US and got a full greencard (I notified USCIS of divorce though)

NVC just "received" our case today. NOA2 of May 8. That's 3 weeks to just receive the file. Well, I know it's good news that the file arrived and that they have our file....but 3 weeks just to receive is a bit of a bummer. Now it's another month waiting for a case number.

anyone having issue for IV fee not showing up. I paid my AOS fee two weeks ago and still there is no fee avaiable.

Seems to be a back log. From what I know AOS fee has nothing to do with the generation of the IV fee. It is directly related to completion of DS261. Did you complete that?

Hummmmm my crystal ball is saying June 4 Th will be your day but no later than June 7 Th, but call just in case they have no rhyme or reason and some get it sooner some later but I think I'm right. :D Let us know ok. (F)(L)(F)

I think nvc has backlogs. I hope they can clear out their backlogs and put a smile our faces. Sure I'll post an update as soon as my ds-261 and aos is available.

Just got a checklist for financial evidence and birthcertificate ....and i included the birth certificate in the iv packet and its an original from the goverment and had it translated

Now what can this checklist be about let me call and wait 30 minutes on hold

I'm really surprised and sorry to hear all these reports of the NVC losing documents, given that it means delays in case processing that were totally avoidable. Is there any way to help the NVC *not* lose our documents? Obtaining new civil documents would be a big challenge and delay for us (as I'm sure it is for everyone.)
