It is hard to wait again 3 weeks after send AOS and IV packet to complete the case. :cry:

How much more........... :crying::clock:

tell me about it. my wife got a copy of the marriage certificate and is DHLing it to me to send to NVC. but I wonder if the supervisor review is successful for my original certificate, will my case be delayed until they open the mail and see another marriage certificate?

i really thought i was going to get a CC this month... wife was extremely disappointed

Case complete and got the interview date as well July 24th. now I'm going to call the embassy and ask them to move up the interview>

Beneficiary - Applying for CR1/IR1 (but also played the K3 card prior to understanding it may be phased out.)

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

April 18 - IV bill showing paid/ DS-260 available and done!

- AOS scanned into their system.

April 21 - IV package arrived per mail tracking.

April 24 - IV scanned into their system.

May 2 - False checklist for IV documents= AOS approval.

May 13 - NVC rep reported ? missing Police certificate via my phone call.

- Supervisor review initiated.

May 14 - Checklist for Police certificate came via email.

- Sent checklisted documentation priority post!

May 15 - Package delivered per mail tracking.

May 19 - Case COMPLETE!! Police certificate found by NVC:)

May 28 - Case complete email arrived.

May 30 - Assigned Interview date!

June 2 - Interview letter arrived via email.

June 11- Medical appointment Surrey, BC

July 8 - Interview in Montreal!! APPROVED!!!!!!!! July 10 - Visa package and passport in hand!! July 23 - POE!!

How long did it take for them to invoice you for AOS once you were assigned a case number and an IIN?

It took around a week to invoice AOS fees.

NOA 1

Oct 15,2013 - Applied case

Oct 16 ,2013 - Received NOA 1 number

March 7 , 2014 - Transfer To TSC

April 3, 2014 - Approved NOA 1

April 7 ,2014- Shipped to NVC :dancing:

NOA 2

April 16,2014 - NVC received the case. :dancing:

May 15,2014-NVC number and INN . :dance::dance:

May 20,2014 - In process AOS and IV fees.

May21,2014- Status paid for AOS :thumbs:

May 22,2014 - Status paid for IV :thumbs:

May 27,2014 - Completed DS260 form

May 29,2014 - AOS and IV packet sent

May 30,2014- AOS and IV packet delivered thru Fedex.

June 3,2014- Received both packages (Scanned into the system)

July 11.2014- Reviewed both packages.

July 11,2014 - IV package accepted and AOS checklist

July 11,2014 - AOS checklist received (Scanned into system)

July 18,2014-AOS 2nd checklist received (Scanned into system)

Aug 4,2014 -Case completed(By phone).. :dance: :energy:

Aug 8,2014- Got an official email for CC.

Aug 15,2014 - Interview sedule

It doesn't seem like it as it appears NVC has come to a crawl in the last week. It was Memorial DAY not Memorial WEEK. Move it, NVC!

At least they're throwing money somewhere! I was hoping for a July interview, but that's not looking very promising right now. :(

My gut tells me that we can expect approvals around June 13th, and late July interviews :)

My gut tells me that we can expect approvals around June 13th, and late July interviews :)

I'm hoping..... I'm going to resist the urge to call tonight but we all know I'll cave!

hi peeps its been a long time since i visited vj so i guess i missed alot of things :(.I have been trying to call NVC to get my case number cause its been more then a month now(no updates from NVC :cry:) but their number always appears to be busy.I don't know what else to do :/

I've got my fingers crossed for both of our cases to make it for July interviews!!

Then, once you make it to Chanhassen, I suggest we all meet up at Prince's house and partay!!! Ok, he won't be there and the gate will be locked, but there's nothing stopping us from proposing a toast outside LOL

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

They slowed down a great deal lately. All my predictions failing since I got assigned my case 20th of May. Thought they would invoice me etc by now!!!

What red boxed message do you see and what invoice are you talking about?

Electronic Processing:

I emailed my AOS on April 10th; I didn't receive an auto-reply at the time. However, I did receive confirmation on May 7th in an email that states: "We received electronic documentation for this case. Please allow up to 20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed."

Anyone else receive the same message? When I call the NVC, they say that they don't have my AOS and that I need to wait 30 business days (instead of 20) for it to be uploaded. I am worried that I may have sent to big of files and they didn't actually recieve them, even though the emails says that they did.
