My IV was sent via DHL, too. I do know the final facility the package goes through is Boston (as it's only an hour away from Portsmouth). I just grabbed my shipment tracking sheet and it say on the delivery notice "Destination Service Area: Boston, MA". Then under that I think you can click to view detail? The very top line on mine states Portsmouth.

What does yours say after it was scanned at the Boston facility? I hope they locate it!!

It just says Boston. I've talked to DHL and said that Portsmouth is under their Boston area branch and they assured me that documents were delivered to the intended address.

I hope so too. I really hope so too. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to get police clearance twice.

I'm thinking of calling NVC on Friday or Monday to check if they got the documents.

I did something similar with my AOS and it was fine. They reviewed my second package first, though and I got a checklist that said the documents from my first AOS package was missing, but the next day they reviewed the first package and they said to ignore the checklist. AOS accepted :-)

Not sure if the man you talked to shed any light on what happens if you send additional documents before you receive a checklist?

My case was scanned in on May 15th but I realized yesterday I forgot a Tax Form that other people have been check listed for. So instead of waiting another 1-2 weeks for a potential checklist, I decided to send in the forms. I wrote ALL over the entire file that these are additional forms to be added to my already-scanned-in AOS package.

Hmmm. Wondering what they will do with mine? Will it be scanned in as another AOS package? Or will it sit in the file room you talk about until they review my original AOS? Or maybe it will be added to the queue as a totally new AOS even though it only contains additional documents...

I might have to call next week when it should be scanned in and try and speak to a supervisor about it. Because it won't have a checklist cover page on it, only my original AOS barcoded cover sheet. I am not sure if anyone has any insight of others in this situation?

Don't know actually, might be a mistake when the timeline was created. I'm in Vietnam too. We have the same date of case complete, do update when you have the interview scheduled.

I just received this via email......remember the email I received from the NVC with somebody else's information on the 21st?. I guess this is the reason why there is something showing as being received on the 23rd. see below.

Thank you so much for responding, hopefully the same thing will happen with mine. I didn't catch my mistake as early as you though so they will review my first package first. Not sure if that will change the outcome, I hope not! I am just worried because my checklist will be sent most likely before they even receipt in my new revised AOS. In your case it looks like they simply found your documents kind of at the same time. This will not be the case with mine unfortunately.

NEVER did I think my case would carry into June-- but now I am not so sure- as a matter of fact- I now DOUBT my case will be complete in MAY but I can hope and pray.

SOME days I just can not concentrate on t=other things because my mind is FULL of worry and concern for this situation- and as much as I try to calm down and accept the things that are out of my control-- it is a great challenge.

PLEAAAASSSE.. mr immigration person- PLEASSSE -- maybe begging will help!!!

You're right. It could be a lot worse. I'm just feeling so edgy, waiting and waiting. It's almost worse than uscis, because back then, we knew it would take forever, so anything less than that was a gift! Now, when it should be an "any day now " proposition and it's taking weeks and weeks it somehow seems more punishing!

I know how you feel, it's the most difficult thing I've been through in my life, I want to just sleep for hours and hours sometimes but I'm such a disaster from this that I don't sleep much anymore. It's grueling, frustrating and torturous beyond what words can express, everyday is a struggle to be positive.

Called today after a week and no case number *sigh* lately It was taking 3 weeks but I doubt it now. I hope nvc backlogs clears up ASAP! :|
