My IV package was scanned on May, 06 - 3 weeks up to now and has not been reviewed yet :(. I called them again this morning.

I feel like they are stuck between May 2nd- May 6th. What the heck! Very little progress has been made on those days.

Ive been talking you and you dont want to call too hahahaha! The last time I called was like 2 weeks ago, I really will like to call but my Magicjack has stopped working and wifey is not available to call for now... too bad I just have to keep waiting until I get a case complete email or maybe someone here might help me call if I become too impatient.

I just received this via email......remember the email I received from the NVC with somebody else's information on the 21st?. I guess this is the reason why there is something showing as being received on the 23rd. see below.

I just heard someone say that after the AOS fee is paid, it is now taking upto 3 weeks for the IV fees to be generated? Is there any truth to this????

IV fee is invoiced when NVC reviews and accepts DS261.

In my case, it took a week after case # was assigned for AoS fee and DS261 to be available.

And after I filled out DS261, it took a week for IV fee to be invoiced.

BUT, lately, it has been taking longer. NVC seem to be backlogged!!!!!!

By looking at the thread i dont think i should even waste my time calling them today. My aos was scanned in the 9th. Probably wait till friday night to call and see if theres any good news.

You make perfect sense. Keep watching the progress and then when you see that they got to the 8th of May mail, give them a call.

When I was waiting for CC, I used to call 2 or 3 times a day. They drove me nuts and I drove them crazy!!!!!!!!!!
