Hey guys, DS-261 is approved and i payed AOS fees, but AOS fees is still processing. I also have the ability to pay IV fees. Should i go head and pay that as well? or should wait for AOS fees to get approved. AOS package to get approved and all that?

Hi all... can anyone give me nvc number .. I called at their number given on their website. But no response. . Please help .. my case was transferred to nvc on 28 April as per uscis website. . I want to confirm whether they received my case or not

May 10 - My most awaited date! My flight to San Diego CA.

 

May 23 - applied for SSN. June 2 - received my SSN Jun 9 - got a job. July 21 - received my green card (wrong expiration date and combined first and middle name, filed for I-90-correction) Aug 08 - applied for a state ID Sep 05 - biometrics appointment  Oct 09 - received my state ID Nov 03 - post decision activity (I-90 application) Nov 07 - card/document production (need to wait for 30 days for my new green card) Nov 10 - received the new green card (2 months & 5 days)

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. Actually, they probably left at 3 since they start at 7am.

Another Friday night without my husband... (sigh) I have been in a bad mood all day because I am worried about this birth certificate fiasco. :protest:

My youngest daughter turned 14 today . We had cake and dinner before her dad picked her up. I was sending pictures as I took them to my husband on whatsapp. But its not the same.

I really can't wait for this to be over :cry:

hey guys .. we paid our IV fee online and it says still in process .. does anybody knows how many days need to be show as paid ?

I paid on 4/24 and it cleared on 4/29 - I think a week is normal

Hey Sukie,

Gus is nice to talk but Don ( also works in evening) is not only nice but also knows more than Gus. We got check list for AOS and talked to Gus - he was really nice but when we called Don he had better knowledge and provided better solution.
