Finally nvc has recieved both my cases today may 2,2014???. So i guess the i-129f will be closed out. The representative told me it takes about 30 business day to get assigned a case number. Hope i get it sooner

Just wondering what did your husband leave blank so we can learn?? :)

As for suggestions, yah you should print it out and highlight it so they see it! There's no telling what idiot is going to review your documents and send a checklist ;)

Where it asks for mailing address (if it is different from permanent address) since it wasnt my husband left it blank now theyre dying!!

We are on the same boat dear.. I sent them email with a sreenshot of my payment bank statement, i hope that will work.. According to one vjers its not just us, there's a couple of people experiencing the same thing..

My AOS took exactly 3 business to show "paid", iv fees already passed 6 business days ,still shows "in progress" .I called NVC and she still shows pending in system. She said website have some technical issue,'' we are working on that ''. :angry:

How common are checklists lately? I'm a little afraid we'll get one even though I've double checked the package contents for both the AOS and IV packages already. Are people getting checklists for stuff they already sent in a lot? Or is it not that common?

I am pretty much in the same boat as you, Ellinora! I am living in Mexico with my spouse and we are filing from abroad. We will also have a joint sponsor (my sister) for the financial aspect but I don't have a job lined up or anything. I am waiting until closer to the end of this process to start looking because we have no idea when this will be finished. Let me know what happens with your situation and good luck! :)

For ep filer.today i received a email conformation of receiving my aos and civil document.hope they approve them soon.

When did you send the IV docs. I sent mine April 4th and they still haven't received them,

And please fill in or make a timeline. It helps others get an approximate time frame of things, thanks. :thumbs:

There is such a crazy range of emotions on here today. People's cases moving forward, some going backwards, and others just stuck :clock:

I am so sorry for those of you having issues with certified copies. I hope I don't have the same issue as well. I already sent in the revised AOS. Now I guess I can just wait. I've made peace with the fact that there will be no June interview.
