put me in the crystal ball too, because I'm a May 7th also! Btw, is it a guarantee that every one will get a checklist (false or otherwise), if they are being reviewed?

I'm still waiting for my 'false' checklist.

I think everyone will get a false checklist since they review AOS documents first and then they say IV documents are missing but they are in the queue to be reviewed.

A friend of mine got a case approval in 3.5months. Jan 29th 2014 filer!! his case is already on it's way to NVC.

2013 folks def got screwed.

Then we should be getting the breaks NOT THEM BECAUSE IT'S NOT FAIR! OMG it makes me so angry. I just have to try to believe that there is a reason and they will give us a break later. God works in mysterious ways.

Thank you so much for you kindness, Soloenta. I'm still feeling pretty weepy but I'm back on hold to see if I can find out what's going on with my case. I'm astonished that an NVC rep spoke to me like that. I wish there were a way to talk to a supervisor about it too. Hope you stay lucky with your calls.

looks like they had a goal of decreasing processing time by end of May 2014. so they are speeding things up to keep their word.

I see that your last package scanned in was on May 5th. That's the day my revised AOS was scanned in. Wonder if I have a CC yet.

looks like they had a goal of decreasing processing time by end of May 2014. so they are speeding things up to keep their word.

The I-130 processing moving faster doesn't upset me. The only thing that upsets me is our elected officials' awful handling of helping us during the backlog.

The I-130 should be moving faster. No one should experience what we went through.

Sweet heart just ask for supervisor they will get you one and insist this is your right and they have no right to mistreat you or anyone. This has to end and we all have to call and complain when someone is rude and nasty to us. We are stressed out as it is we don't need this.

Take a deep breath try to be calm and if it's Shelley again don't hang up just ask for a supervisor. We have your back so let's do this.

I would give a call today. I got a false checklist on the may 21 for the IV package asking for the AOS. I called them at 7:30pm EST, confirmed it was a false checklist and asked about the AOS. They told me it is in line to be reviewed.

Called them at 12:30 pm EST on May 22 and they told me case complete. It took them less then day to review the AOS.

My checklist response was delivered today.. yayy hopefully they will review next week
