Hi, I have a question please, for the photo to be submitted on the IV packet.

What is the format of the beneficiary's full name? Should it be surname first? Does it need to be in block letters?

What is the format for putting in the birthday too?

I'm sorry if I'm asking very trivial questions and thank you so much in advanced.

Doesn't matter what format you use. The whole point of putting that information on the back of the photos is in case the photos get misplaced. If they do, having that information on the back will help the process of getting it back to your case file. Don't forget to put the case number

NVC does not require marriage evidences. Don't send things that are not needed, it takes longer to review overloaded package.

To everyone about the above: no, NVC doesn't require proof of relationship evidence (and I doubt they even "review" it as there's nothing to review). The reason why some people side load at NVC though is because in most cases, the CO has already made a decision on your case... BEFORE the interview takes place. So, those in MENA countries frequently side-load at NVC as they're going through higher fraud embassies/consulates, hence want as much evidence as possible in front of the CO when they make their decision. In a lot of those places, more evidence is NOT accepted at the interview (the CO refuses to look at anything else), so for those people, it's an important reason to side load.

For most of you, going through lower fraud places, you don't need to worry about this. But, those going through high fraud places should seriously consider side loading. Just my two cents.

I wonder if they are deliberately waiting to invoice to get some before us processed? I'm 7 days away from a year of messing with this! Hopefully I will find the peace and patience to continue the wait....

Not sure on their rhyme or reason.. Loads of people who have been sitting here for 13-15 months.. A great gift from USCIS. (Not).

remember... the operators only see a screen. Of course she doesn't know why your marriage certificate wasn't accepted. Glad you got a supervisor review going on.. Sucks that there is a holiday on Monday....

I wonder if this is the reason, I found this at the Egyptian Embassy under Marriage in Egypt,

To use the marriage certificate in the U.S., it should be translated into English at the Notary Public Authority-located on 57 Ramses Street, Cairo. The fee is 15.00LE for each page. It takes 1-2 days to receive the translation, which must then be authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (11.00 LE) and authenticated by the American Citizen Services Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo ($50.00).

Please note: If you do obtain an English marriage certificate from the Egyptian Ministry of Justice Translation office, you DO NOT need to have it authenticated at the American Embassy to use for immigration in the United States.

Ty doll, I did call and leave our e-mails hahaha the lady was nice and didn't rush me so thank God for that. Odd I get nervous before I call and say a little prayer to keep the evil ones away from me heheee.
